PhinanceUS™ was founded in 2019 by Rouvaun Walker, for two reasons: to advance his career beyond middle management and to diversify the ranks of mortgage industry CEOs. As a seasoned mortgage industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, Rouvaun recognized a need for a mortgage bank that was dedicated to serving under-served communities and providing innovative solutions to help more people achieve the dream of homeownership.Rouvaun sought to create a mortgage company that was accessible to all, yet tailored to the community we serve.

With this mission in tow, Rouvaun assembled a team of experts in mortgage banking, technology, and community development to build PhinanceUS™. At PhinanceUS™, we believe in using cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions to improve the mortgage process and make it more efficient for our broker partners and their clients. We offer a variety of mortgage products that promote responsible lending and community development, including conventional, FHA and VA loans, as well as a range of down payment assistance programs and other resources to help clients achieve their homeownership goals.
