Head of Underwriting

As the head of underwriting, Doris will bring her extensive knowledge and dedication to ensuring the quality and integrity of the underwriting process. Doris is a native of Southern California who loves swimming, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Head of Operations

Judy Yodonise is a seasoned veteran in the Mortgage Industry with over three decades of experience in Mortgage Operations.

Head of Capital Markets

Michael Falce is a decisive finance and mortgage executive with 32 years of experience in Capital Markets, Mortgage Origination, and technology implementation. As the Head of Capital Markets, he manages trading activities, oversees daily interest rate risk, executes loan sales into the secondary market, and sets daily mortgage interest rates.

Head of Marketing

Toi Troutman-Walker currently serves as Director of Marketing and Secretary at PhinanceUS. In this capacity, Toi is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that raise awareness of the company's unique mission and services, while also serving as a key member of the executive team.

Broker Administrator

Andorian's expertise extends beyond loan origination; he has been working on the broker administration side while Phinanceus builds its TPO wholesale division. As Phinanceus' broker administrator, Andorian is poised to support the company's account executives and broker partners with his extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and his commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
