Rouvaun Walker is the founder and CEO of PhinanceUS, a mortgage financing company with a mission to empower underserved markets and promote Black home ownership. With over 32 years in the industry, Rouvaun has focused on wholesale and correspondent lending, management, sales, and operations, making him a seasoned professional in the field.

Throughout his career, Rouvaun has been highly involved in capital markets, post-closing, and compliance departments, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work. In 2023, he founded the wholesale TPO division, which is focused on bringing innovative financing solutions to even more individuals, particularly those in underserved markets.

Under his leadership, the company has made great strides in promoting financial success and home ownership among Black families and other minority groups.
